This week’s assignment in HST 697 was to create a portfolio page that served as an access point to all the assignments for the semester (ie. my blog, final project, etc.). It took a while to get used to the HTML language and get a feel for dreamweaver– the CSS tutorials on lynda.com were a significant help. I did try a horizontal formatted menu before deciding on the navbar on the left—- the coding proved to a be more frustrating then I thought. After an hour I gave up, not having the patience that McKenzie did when creating his portfolio.
The introduction on the portfolio page is a pretext to my final project that will focus on BioArt, Aesthetics, + Ethics.
The website lives at www.mbarkovic.com
Any suggestions or critiques regarding design and/or content and its evolution over the semester are welcome—- merci beaucoup [!]
